The lower part is hollowed out to be fitted. Ivory with red patina. Direct visual examination reveals Schreger angles. Common name of species: African elephant. Scientific name : Loxodonta africana. Height: 13 cm Thickness: 4.3 cm Republic of Ivory Coast. Attié ethnic group. Circa 1900.
