Signed G. Braque and HEGER DE LOEWENFELD, titled HECATE and bearing a goldsmith's hallmark and GOLD 750 © and 2481 on the reverse. Length: 5.8 cm. Gross weight: 44.56 g. Provenance: - D.L. Collection; acquired from Heger de Loewenfeld. - Remained in the estate of its predecessor. Important: The archetype, with its diamond-edged profile, was acquired by the French State in 1963 for the Bijoux de Braque exhibition at the Louvre (Pavillon de Marsan).
