CHANEL - Jacket, Fall-Winter 1987/1988 collection Short, slim-fitting jacket in black and white houndstooth wool, adorned with rich black velvet embroidery, black pearl braids and the Maison's signature gold chain inside the hem. Closes with a row of domed gold buttons, decorated with a clover motif and the Maison logo. Black silk lining, with vintage black and white CHANEL label. Two false breast pockets with flaps. Jacket smiled at the Fall-Winter 1987/88 ready-to-wear show, under the direction of Karl Lagerfeld. Some moth holes visible in certain areas of the wool, but structure, silhouette and embroidery preserved.
